Shipping Policy

This policy has been drafted for better understanding of the shipping terms and conditions for the customers of FABRO LEATHER INDUSTRIES LLP. All orders are processed within business days - Monday to Saturday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the details of the carrier and tracing number.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates : Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While most of the products have free shipping, some products may have an additional shipping charges of INR-99.00 only (additional shipping charges can be seen on the product detail page)

Order Confirmation time & order Processing Time : Some of the products may need confirmation about your vehicle specification hence product shipping time is subject to customer coordination. Any delay in confirmation from customer may cause a delay in shipping. Since we use drop shipping method with multiple shipping partners we do not commit any order delivery timeline of. While we ensure that the most popular products are stocked and shipped in shortest timeline upto 3 business days

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping.

How to check the status of order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fabroleather.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Serviceability

We ship to more than 18-Thousand pin codes by working with multiple reliable shipping partners and we keep adding to the list in an endeavor to provide our services to the maximum areas of India. Serviceability of your PIN Code can be checked on the product detail page We also use India-Post for remote areas subject to agreement from customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a strict no cash return policy. We try that you receive the right product in safe packaging. However if we fail to deliver our promise we will exchange the wrong/defected products as per the clauses of the return policy.

Force Majeure

We ensure while on boarding a shipping partner that it follows the best shipping practices and have the highest level of commitment in delivering the order.
